Directions to Summit County Fairgrounds:
From the North |
From Interstate Routes 480 and 271 or the Ohio Turnpike |
Take Rt. 8 South to the Howe Road Exit (aproximately 5 miles) |
At the end of the exit ramp, turn left (east) on to Howe Road |
Travel on Howe Road for aproximately 2.5 miles. You will be at the Howe Rd & Rte 91 intersection |
During Normal Business Hours: Continue through the light on Howe Rd. You will pass Weaver |
School and the bus parking area, at the bottom of the SLIGHT hill, the fairgrounds entrance will be |
on your left. If you reach the railroad tracks you have gone too far. |
During the Fair and other Events: Turn left (north) onto Route 91 (aka North Avenue) for aprox .25 miles. |
You will pass part of Weaver School and the Tallmadge Soccer Fields. The entrance to the fairgrounds is |
on your right at the "Summit County Fairgrounds Archway." If you enter the city of Munroe Falls, you |
have missed the entrance. |
From the South |
Take Interstate 77 to Route 8 north |
Take Rt. 8 North to the Howe Road Exit |
At the end of the exit ramp, turn right (east) on to Howe Road |
Travel on Howe Road for aproximately 2.5 miles. You will be at the Howe Rd & Rte 91 intersection |

From Interstate 76 West, |
Exit at SR 18, go straight through at the stop sign onto SR 18. |
Continuing on SR 18, turn right (north) at the first traffic light onto North Monroe Road. |
Traveling north on N. Monroe, you will reach a 6-way intersection where you will turn left (west) onto |
Howe Road. (This turn is a left turn, NOT a sharp left turn) |
During Normal Business Hours: After crossing the railroad tracks and a pond, you will come upon the |
entrance to the fairgrounds which will be on your right hand side. If you reach a flashing traffic light at |
the top of a slight hill and/or Weaver School, you have gone to far. |
During the Fair and other Events: After passing Weaver School you will come to a light for the Rte 91 and |
Howe Road intersection. Turn right (north) at this light for aprox .25 miles. You will pass part of Weaver |
School and the Tallmadge Soccer Fields. The entrance to the fairgrounds is on your right at the |
"Summit County Fairgrounds Archway." If you enter the city of Munroe Falls, you have missed the |
entrance. |
From the West |
From the junction of Interstate Rts 71 and 76/224, go east on I-76 to Route 8 north. |
Take Rt. 8 North to the Howe Road Exit |
At the end of the exit ramp, turn right (east) on to Howe Road |
